From résumé clients....
I Hired Sandie to help me with my resume as mine was way out of date and not very eye-catching. Sandie did an excellent job with it. I plan on using her again. The two things I will mention is hiring someone to work on your resume is a collaborative effort, so expect to answer a lot of questions and describe what you want and what you're trying to say. Also, keep in mind that formatting between programs can be an issue. Sandie sent me a great draft of my resume after she reworked it and some of my favorite parts would not show up in the version of office I was using. Later on, I was able to remedy this by using libre office which supports the extensions and formatting from the version of Office she uses. Which is a little bit funny to me because my older Office wouldn't support the new version she uses but the open source libre office does. Oh, and I have received job offers with my new resume, including places that I originally applied to with my old resume. Ernest Hawkes
I want to say "thank you" for the support you gave to me by putting together my resume. You have a way with words that I truly believe put my resume in the interview pile. I was called yesterday and accepted a position for a casual/on-call position. I am very excited to start the school year knowing that at some point I will be called to assist others with there education and needs.
I will highly recommend you to others that are in search of someone to assist them with a resume. -PB

In 2014 I left my 13 year long career in the financial district to stay home with my son. In 2016 I found myself bored and unhappy and wanting to go back out into the 'working world'. I had only ever worked in banking and had not had a formal interview nor completed a resume since 2001. I was terrified and didn't know where to begin. In steps Sandie. I reached out to Sandie as she is the mother of a close friend. I knew she was involved in getting people back into the workforce and was hopeful she could help me. We got together and discussed everything from past careers to current levels of happiness in my life to future goals. After our first meeting I left more confident than I did when I had arrived. With Sandie's assistance and support I completed a resume, some interview preparation and built the confidence I needed to start searching for work. Sandie challenged me to get outside of my comfort zone and put myself out there. I applied for jobs and overcame my fear of being on the spot during interviews. I attended career open houses and finally found myself working back for the company I left in 2014. I have now been rebuilding my career for the past five months and genuinely enjoy my days at work. I owe so much of this to Sandie and would suggest anybody wanting to get back into the workforce, change career paths or to find out what path you should be on, to reach out to Sandie and let her work her magic! -Kendra McRae
